Prediction

Important notice:
1. Due to the complexity of PDB files, there can be some exceptions of which no valid prediction outputs are generated. Thus, in cases where you have been waiting for more than one hour after the submission and no results have been returned, feel free to contact us (Chen.Li@monash.edu) by sending your input files and job ID. We will manually check and process these files for you.
2. We found a bug from the MetalExplorer server about the user folder generation when submitting jobs. This bug happens when multiple users submit jobs at exactly the same time point (in millisecond), and the folder name will be the same for different jobs. This is caused by the random number generator and we have accordingly updated the codes. We are sorry for this bug. Please let us know if you experienced this problem before or have got suspicious results and we would like to help you re-run the job.
